Social Media

As the Franchise Communications Strategist, I was responsible for telling the Pickleman's story through social media, community involvement and strategic digital targeting. I also assisted in leading franchise locations in local marketing efforts to help successfully introduce, drive and manage the Pickleman's brand in each market.

Other tasks include:
• Content creation: brainstorming, setting up and conducting photo and video shoots for digital and print media.
• Copywriting for social media, email blasts, website and advertisements.
• Manage paid campaigns and organic social media efforts for all 28 restaurants.
• Research, develop, distribute and manage promotions and specials.
• Reputation management via online review websites, creating and managing customer surveys and responding to customer feedback.
• Leading franchisees in all local marketing efforts, including: event planning and management, assisting in new store openings and conducting ADP meetings to identify areas for improvement.
• Distribute quarterly review report cards - informing local teams on the previous quarter's performance based on all internal and external customer feedback.
