I wrote a series of educational articles for Nestle Profesional during my time with deepgroup in Springfield. As one of my account service team members was on maternity leave, I stepped up and wrote the project brief, completed the research and worked as the copywriter for the series of educational articles on gluten-free trends in restaurants, healthcare and colleges and universities. From start to finish I owned this project and I was very pleased with the outcome.
